DESIGN CONCEPT
In Corsica, next to the coast, in a plot full of high trees, large rocks and intense vegetation, a concrete, rock-like house is designed to be integrated into this special landscape. The house consists of the basement floor hosting the kids’ bedrooms with full access to the garden, the main floor with the living spaces and the master bedroom and also an independent guest house, a little bit higher in level. The roofs of all buildings – all in exposed concrete- are designed to be broken in parts with different inclinations, giving to the synthesis this "rocky" view.
